Do you need a bit of help to better understand yourself? Extensive life experience allows me to guide you. In order to coach clients in life, we have to have gone there first. 

I am extremely passionate about helping others improve their health, look within, face themselves and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction. I stopped drinking alcohol over 6 years ago and have since led a very spiritual life of healing and unlearning patterns, letting go, creating positive energy, acceptance, having compassionate for myself, and changing generational behaviours. I truly believe you have the power within you, to change, evolve your mindset/soul, elevate your life and fulfilment levels, heal and fly free, with the ability to be your authentic self.

I have survived abuse and domestic violence and I share my truth (vulnerability is my strength) to shine a light on behaviours that need to change - how we can all regulate our nervous systems to become more emotionally safe for those around us :)

I provide mobile massage services, to corporate events and private clients in the Gold Coast/ North NSW/ Brisbane. 

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters through life. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, warmth, compassion, safety, and understanding. I treat and massage with a client centred approach, treating each client and their essence as an individual.

I am VERY passionate about exploring the depths of our souls, the shadows and the light, and helping others relearn and rewire - Treatments with me include Breathwork (Conscious Breathing), reflexology, MLD, deep tissue massage, cupping, Kinesiology taping, stretching, postural analysis, health history questions - I really try to understand each soul I meet - Knowing that emotional stress plays a big part in how our body feels. 

It's all about you and allowing you to find the healthy balanced life that you deserve, helping you to heal yourself, no massage treatment is the same.

My education and training complete my speaking abilities – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals. I once lived a very different life in London, an unhealthy one. I had qualified and raced for Team GBR Age Group and completed an Ironman in 2016. I then decided over 7 years ago to move to Asia, and compete internationally at Ironman 70.3 World Championships 3 times. I represented Team Wattie Ink Elite and Team Spaero Elite (USA teams). I was sponsored by Dare Bikes Global. I represented other brands and enjoyed standing on podiums in trail running, Ironman 70.3 and Olympic triathlon races. I now live in Australia and Bali.
